Robert G. Grimes, President & CEO

Management, both from Louisiana
State University,
Robert G. Grimes has over 30 years of experience in international trade,
marketing and finance.
In 1988 he founded Group Oxus, Ltd., the parent company of Daroga Group, to provide international trade
services to small and mid size companies in the USA and overseas. In 1999 the company established a separate
division, ManagementAide, to provide various consulting and business support
services to SME’s in the USA.
And in 2002, Daroga Group was
established to provide international sourcing services to SME’s worldwide.
He previously founded Osyka International Corporation, a USA based trading company with offices in Latin
America and the Far East. Prior to that, he served as co-founder and
President of Hydro-Temp Controls, Inc., a new venture to develop the USA market for
a line of Swedish built electronic computer security equipment under an
exclusive license.
Our Business History
Our business was started in 1988 in the USA as an
international trading company called Group Oxus, Ltd. providing international
trade services to small and mid size companies. As a result of changes in the
international marketplace and the evolution of the internet, we focused our
business mission on global sourcing services. To achieve this mission, in 2002 a
separate division called Daroga Group
was established to provide our sourcing services through a network of affiliate
offices in countries worldwide. In 2008,
the company refined the focus of its mission to concentrate entirely on the
growing global renewable
energy markets.

Our key personnel and associates have extensive experience in worldwide marketing, sourcing, and international trade for renewable energy products and services. Each of our affiliate offices is operated by a national of the country in which it is located, who has in-depth knowledge of local markets, suppliers and business practices and expertise in international marketing principals and practices.
